Delta Rummy is a fast-paced tactical game for 2–4 players.

Each round of Delta Rummy is made up of 3 steps: Bid, Buy, and Build.

Bid: everyone picks a card from their hand for turn order, biggest number goes first.

Buy: swap the card you bid with a card from the market. Last player gets all 3 remaining cards.

Build: make or extend as many sets and runs as you can in front of you.

Once the deck runs out score points for sets, runs, and bonus points for having all 8 of a colour or number.

Highest score wins!
