INDIVERSE.IO RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

This Marketplace Policy outlines the terms and conditions for purchasing products from Indiverse.io. By completing a transaction on our platform, you agree to the following terms.

LIABILITIES

Indiverse.io serves as a facilitator for transactions between you (the Consumer) and independent game designers/publishers (Suppliers). We are not the creators or manufacturers of the products and our liability is limited accordingly.

We do not accept liability for indirect or consequential losses but strive to ensure a trusted and secure purchasing environment.

REFUNDS

Refunds are available exclusively for products that arrive damaged or are missing. If you receive a damaged item or do not receive your item at all, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date to initiate a refund or replacement process.

Change of mind does not qualify for a refund. We encourage you to carefully review your order before purchasing.

In cases of damaged or missing items, upon verification, we will process your refund or arrange a replacement. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.

RETURNS

In most cases, you will not be required to return damaged or faulty items. However, in certain circumstances, the supplier may explicitly request a return of the damaged or faulty product for inspection. In these situations, the supplier will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Items must be returned in the condition they were received, including all original packaging.

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund or replacement.

DELIVERY POLICIES

Suppliers are obliged to dispatch orders within 7 days. You will receive a confirmation and tracking information once the item is shipped.

Estimated delivery times are provided; however, they are not guaranteed. Delivery delays are communicated as soon as possible.

SATISFACTION POLICY

Our goal is your satisfaction with every purchase. Should you encounter any issue with your order, excluding a change of mind, please reach out to our customer support team for assistance.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In the event of a dispute, Indiverse.io will assist in mediating and resolving the issue based on the terms of this policy.

For unresolved disputes, we may suggest an independent arbitration service.

This policy may be updated from time to time. We will inform you of significant changes through the platform or by email.
